Welcome to Cool Car Music. By downloading, accessing, or using the Cool Car Music application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application or website.

1. License to Use the Service

Cool Car Music grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

2. Streaming Only

Music available through Cool Car Music is provided solely for streaming within the application. Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

• Download music from the service.
• Copy or reproduce music files.
• Redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or publicly perform the content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Attempt to bypass licensing or purchase restrictions.
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy music or metadata.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed entirely by Apple. Refunds, billing, and payment processing are subject to Apple's policies and App Store terms.

5. Service Availability

An internet connection is required for music streaming. We strive to keep the service available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Songs, categories, artwork, and features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Cool Car Music application, website, software, branding, logos, artwork, and other content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Except where otherwise permitted, no rights are granted beyond the limited license described in these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

Cool Car Music is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cool Car Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application or website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application or website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Apple App Store License

If you downloaded Cool Car Music from Apple's App Store, your use of the application is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"), unless a separate custom license is provided.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with Apple's Standard EULA regarding the licensed application, the Apple Standard EULA shall govern to the extent required for the licensed application.
